During that time, he specialized in the installation and service of both NEC and Mitel/Inter-Tel products, always putting the needs and desires of the customer first. As Operations Manager since 2006, his product knowledge, technical expertise, and management skills ensure that all USVD customers consistently experience a level of service and support that is unsurpassed in the telecommunications industry. Born and raised in Louisville, Mike earned his B.B.A. in Management from McKendree University. Along with his wife of 13 years, Paula, they are busy raising their 3 boys Grant, Caden & Brady, right here in Louisville as well! | |
