A. In an emergency situation U.S. Voice & Data guarantees our on-site response time of 2 hours or less or you are reimbursed an amount equal to 25% of the price of the system. An emergency is defined as the company wide inability to process calls.

B. In a non-emergency situation U.S. Voice & Data guarantees an on-site response time of one business day or less or your support agreement is extended by an additional month.

C. When requesting billable parts or service, U.S. Voice & Data guarantees completion within 5 business days or you will receive a 10% discount.

2. 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

U.S. Voice & Data will refund your purchase price and remove the system if notified within 30 days of installation that the system is not performing according to the published specifications or to written claims provided to you by U.S. Voice & Data.

U.S. Voice & Data guarantees that your Comprehensive Customer Care agreement will never be cancelled by U.S. Voice & Data for any reason other than non-payment.
