  Mike has a deep-rooted knowledge of what it takes to routinely exceed the expectations of our customers after having served asa Field Technician from 1995 - 2006. During that time, he specialized in the installation and service of both NEC and Mitel/Inter-Tel products, always putting the needs and desires of the customer first. As Operations Manager since 2006, his product knowledge, technical expertise, and management skills ensure that all USVD customers consistently experience a level of service and support that is unsurpassed in the telecommunications industry. Born and raised in Louisville, Mike earned his B.B.A. in Management from McKendree University. Along with his wife of 13 years, Paula, they are busy raising their 3 boys Grant, Caden & Brady, right here in Louisville as well!

Response Guarantees*

  • In an emergency situation U.S. Voice & Data guarantees our on-site response time of hours or less or you are reimbursed an amount equal to 25% of the price of the system. An emergency is defined as the company wide inability to process calls.

  • In a non-emergency situation U.S. Voice & Data guarantees an on-site response time of one business day or less or your support agreement is extended by an additional month.

  • When requesting billable parts or service, U.S. Voice & Data guarantees completion within 5 business days or you will receive a 10% discount.
