Changing the Time on Your Phone System

NEC Pro II, Elite, and IPK

From the main switchboard or operator phone (ext.100)
Note: leave the handset down
Press FNC or Feature key
Press 9 #                                                                                            
Enter hour (two digits) and minutes (two digits) via dial pad
Press recall for AM/PM setting (if needed)
Press FNC or Feature key to exit program


NEC IPK II and Inmail

From the main switchboard or operator phone (ext. 100)
Note: leave the handset down
Press Speaker key
Dial 728
Enter time in the format i.e. 14:30 (equals 2:30)
You will hear a stutter tone
Press the Speaker key again to exit program


NEC Mark II

From the main switchboard or operator phone (ext. 100)
Note: leave the handset down
Press CNF key
Press * key
Dial hour (enter two digits) via dial pad
Press station DSS buton 20 (located in the bottom right corner of operator phone)
Dial minutes (enter two digits) via dial pad
Press station DSS button 20 (located in the bottom right corner of operator phone)
Press ANS key to exit program

Inter-Tel

From an Admin phone or the phone that puts the system into night mode:

 

Dial 9800

 

Check display

 

First you see the date - Press ACCEPT

 

Change time via keypad and Press ACCEPT

(Ex., Enter 0900 for 9:00)

 

Select AM or PM, Press ACCEPT




Samsung

From an idle phone: (leave headset down)
Press TRANSFER 800, the system will ask for a password default is 4321.
The display will show Enable/Disable.
Press the UP arrow on the volume control to enable, you are now in the programming mode.
Press TRANSFER, then TRANSFER 505, the display will show the old time and date.

Use the following format to change the time:
The display will show W (day of the week), 0= Sunday, 1= Monday, etc.
MM (month) 01= January, 02= February, etc.
DD (day of the month) enter 01-31
YY (year) enter the last two digits of the year
HH (hour) use standard Military time for the hour, 06=6:00AM, 07=7:00AM, etc.
MM (minutes) enter a number in the range of 00-59
The system will give you a confirmation tone when you enter the last digit.
Verify time & date and re-enter if necessary
Press TRANSFER to save

NEC ELITE VOICEMAIL

Log into system manager from your ext:

 

Press VM

Dial * 2 # (Wait for main greeting to answer)

DIAL 632

Press MORE from your display

Press MGR from your display

Follow screen prompts to find SCHED

Press SCHED and follow prompts to change the time

 

AVT VOICEMAIL

 

At the computer screen that is showing:

Should say ON HOOK or HIT ANY KEY

Press ENTER

From Menu Screen

Click on MAINTENANCE (E)

Click on TIME  (D)

Make time change

Press F1 to save the changes



NEC 2000, 1000, 1400, and 2400
