Jim Hogan, Regional President

As Regional President of U.S. Voice & Data, Jim Hogan’s proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar sales as an expert relationship builder, channel developer, and sales strategist, is integral to the consistent growth in market share expected from Brookside’s North Central Region.

Prior to joining Brookside/USV&D, Mr. Hogan spent 22 years with NEC Corporation of America. Throughout his career, Mr. Hogan held various management positions including National Director of Sales for NEC’s channel organization. In this position, Mr. Hogan managed his channel team where they routinely exceeded revenue and profit goals while carrying a $44 million dollar quota in addition to leading all forecasting, market analytics, and development programs.

In addition to Mr. Hogan’s outstanding leadership and sales development skills, Jim possesses a deep-rooted knowledge of appliance-based and software based communications technologies and architectures, and has a strong command of the complex design, delivery and support of these progressive solutions and applications.

Mr. Hogan has worked closely with U.S. Voice & Data during his past tenure at NEC which provides Mr. Hogan with a unique perspective on not only leading the USV&D team, but also the nuances of the USV&D marketplace.

Mike Tucker, Regional Vice President of Operations

Mike has a deep-rooted knowledge of what it takes to routinely exceed the expectations of our customers after having served asa Field Technician from 1995 - 2006. During that time, he specialized in the installation and service of both NEC and Mitel/Inter- Tel products, always putting the needs and desires of the customer first. As Operations Manager since 2006, his product knowledge, technical expertise, and management skills ensure that all USVD customers consistently experience a level of service and support that is unsurpassed in the telecommunications industry. Born and raised in Louisville, Mike earned his B.B.A. in Management from McKendree University. Along with his wife of 13 years, Paula, they are busy raising their 3 boys Grant, Caden & Brady, right here in Louisville as well!
