Mike Tucker – Regional VP of Operations“Exceeding customer’s expectations is my #1 priority!” Mike has a deep-rooted knowledge of what it takes to routinely exceed the expectations of our customers after having served as a Field Technician from 1995 - 2006. During that time, he specialized in the installation and service of both NEC and Mitel/Inter-Tel products, always putting the needs and desires of the customer first. As Operations Manager since 2006, his product knowledge, technical expertise, and management skills ensure that all USV&D customers consistently experience a level of service and support that is unsurpassed in the telecommunications industry. Living in Louisville most of his life, Mike earned his B.B.A. in Management from McKendree University. Along with his wife of 15 years, Paula, they are busy raising their 3 boys Grant, Caden & Brady, right here in Louisville as well! |

Scott MacInnis – Operations Manager KYScott came to USV&D this past year with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. His background includes serving as the Operations Manager for Power Communications, ownership of Ascent Communications, as well as enjoying a successful tenure as the V.P. of Operations for Datacom Solutions. |
