U. S. Voice & Data is excited to announce the hiring of a variety of new members to our ever-growing team, as well as the promotion of one of our key employees!

These additions further strengthen our already impressive team and allow us to continue to provide the best customer service in the industry!

New Employees

Scott MacInnes, Operations Manager, Louisville

Scott MacInnes has joined the U.S. Voice & Data team as Operations Manager for our Louisville and Lexington offices. Scott comes to USV&D with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. His background includes serving as the Operations Manager for Power Communications, ownership of Ascent Communications, as well as enjoying a successful tenure as the V.P. of Operations for Datacom Solutions, and several years with Executone. We strongly feel that Scott's unparalleled knowledge and skill set, leadership abilities, commitment to working closely with our teams and customers will be a wonderful benefit to our Kentucky offices.

Todd Hart, Technician, Lexington

Todd has re-joined the U.S. Voice & Data team as a Technician in our Lexington office. Todd, who comes back to USVD after pursuing other opportunities in the past year with Unified Technology and Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions, has over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. His background includes serving as Technician for a variety of companies and we feel that Todd's extensive knowledge and skill sets, commitment to working closely with others in a true "team" environment, and track record of superior customer service for our customers will make him supremely successful in his position once again.

Eric Frye, Technician, Louisville

Eric has over 29 years experience in telecommunications as a technician, project manager, analyst, and technical support manager. His experience as Network Analyst, Desktop Support Technician, and Consultant to Sales and Technical staff has taken him from Virginia to Georgia and back to Virginia again before joining us in Kentucky. His vast experience with multiple systems as well as his Mitel and other numerous manufacturer certifications have served him well in the past and will be invaluable to USV&D and our diverse customer base.

Joe McKee, Technician, Louisville

Joe's career in telecommunications began in the US Army, and continued as he worked with companies including Siemens, GTE, and MCI Worldcom. His extensive experience implementing NEC solutions as well as dozens of manufacturer PBX certifications make Joe an ideal candidate for our team of customer-focused technicians.

Kevin Brock, Infrastructure and Security Technician, Louisville

Kevin joins USV&D as part of our Infrastructure and Security design team. He has enjoyed a rewarding career with Planet Telecom for the past 8 years implementing security solutions with KeyScan, DSC, and Ganz CCTV products. His familiarity with these products as well as his infrastructure knowledge and BICSI level II certification will be a valuable asset to USV&D and our customers.

James Haynes, Technician, Indianapolis

James comes to the Indianapolis team with a catalogue of certifications for both telecom systems and software. His extensive background includes Network Administrator, Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer and Developer for companies including Mitel, Fujitsu Business Development, Aspect Communications, and Intervoice. We look forward to putting James's wealth of knowledge to good use for the customers in Indy!

Michael Douglas, Technician, Indianapolis

Michael brings a great deal of NEC product knowledge to the USVD team. His experience includes positions as Senior Technician and Systems Engineer for many companies including GTE, NEC North America, Expanets, and NEC Unified Solutions. USV&D's many NEC customers will undoubtedly benefit from Michael's multiple product certifications and expansive knowledge base.

Ben Clark, Technician, Indianapolis

Ben's background includes positions as technician, systems engineer, and technical support for Cinergy Communications, Smoothstone Communications, and Need-A-Nerd computer services. His years of product experience and customer service are the ideal combination for meeting the expectations of USV&D customers.

Promotion

Colette Griffin, Project Manager, Indianapolis

We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Colette to Project Manager in the Indianapolis office. Many of you know Colette from her years helping our customers from the front lines of our Service Department. In addition to her vast personal knowledge of our USV&D customers, Colette has experience working with multiple government agencies and local law enforcement implementing loss prevention technology. She is currently finishing a double Bachelors Degree at IUPUI and will graduate in December.
